The Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong is holding a webinar series on sign language interpretation, Deaf equality law, Deaf mental well-being and early development of Deaf children under "The Asia-Pacific University Consortium for Sign Linguistics" of The Asia Pacific Sign Linguistics Research and Training Program (APSL).
This year, we are honoured to have Ms. Fion Wong and Ms. Connie Lo, former researchers of the Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as Dr. Rob Wilks from Cardiff University, Prof. Gary Morgan from City, University of London, and Dr. Katherine Rogers from The University of Manchester as our speakers.
The 8 webinars will be held from 3 August to 31 August, which will be conducted via ZOOM. A certificate would be given to participants who have joined all 8 of the webinars.
