Produced by the Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies (CSLDS) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and sponsored by the Government Fund for Labour and Welfare Bureau to Implement Public Education Activities on Rehabilitation., it aims to record the common sign language used by the deaf in Hong Kong, promote sign language culture, and support deaf education.
