class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7279\u5225\u9cf4\u8b1d\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u53ca\u77e5\u8b58\u8f49\u79fb\u670d\u52d9\u8655(ORKTS)\u64a5\u51fa\u8cc7\u91d1\u4e88\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u624b\u8a9e\u53ca\u807e\u4eba\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u958b\u767c\u9999\u6e2f\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u624b\u8a9e\u7db2\u7ad9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u5728\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u503c\u5f97\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u5728\u807e\u4eba\u7fa4\u9ad4\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u5c24\u70ba\u56b4\u91cd\u3002\u6709\u8abf\u67e5\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u82f1\u570b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u624b\u8a9e\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u7d04\u6709\u4e09\u6210\u7684\u807e\u4eba\u5b8c\u5168\u6c92\u6709\u63a5\u53d7\u904e\u5b78\u6821\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u767c\u9054\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u807e\u4eba\u4e5f\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u6210\u70ba\u88ab\u6027\u9a37\u64fe\u6216\u6027\u4fb5\u72af\u7684\u5c0d\u8c61\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u807e\u7ae5\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u5c24\u5176\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5373\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u88ab\u6027\u9a37\u64fe\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u6027\u4fb5\u72af\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u6027\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u624b\u8a9e\u4e0d\u751a\u4e86\u89e3\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u89e3\u91cb\u4e8b\u767c\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u8005\u7528\u624b\u8a9e\u8aaa\u660e\u5f8c\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u80fd\u660e\u767d\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u76f8\u95dc\u6848\u4ef6\u5f88\u96e3\u88ab\u63ed\u767c\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6c92\u6709\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u624b\u8a9e\u8cc7\u6e90\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u884c\u70ba\u7b49\u8a0a\u606f\uff0c\u807e\u4eba\u60a3\u4e0a\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u4e5f\u6703\u66f4\u5927\u3002\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6027\u76f8\u95dc\u624b\u8a9e\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u7f3a\u4e4f\uff0c\u5bb6\u9577\u8207\u8001\u5e2b\u4e5f\u5f88\u96e3\u5411\u807e\u7ae5\u53ca\u807e\u4eba\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u8b1b\u89e3\u548c\u666e\u53ca\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6027\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u540c\u6a23\u5730\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9047\u5230\u727d\u6d89\u807e\u4eba\u7684\u6027\u76f8\u95dc\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u624b\u8a9e\u7ffb\u8b6f\u54e1\u4ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u4e0d\u61c2\u76f8\u95dc\u624b\u8a9e\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e0a\u5e6b\u52a9\u807e\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709\u9451\u65bc\u6b64\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u624b\u8a9e\u53ca\u807e\u4eba\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6b77\u6642\u4e00\u5e74\u534a\uff0c\u88fd\u4f5c\u4e86\u9019\u500b\u9999\u6e2f\u624b\u8a9e\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u7db2\u7ad9\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u807e\u4eba\u793e\u7fa4\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u514d\u8cbb\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee4\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6027\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u6b64\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u670d\u52d9\u5c0d\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5c0f\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5bb6\u9577\u53ca\u8001\u5e2b\uff1a\u5bb6\u9577\u53ca\u8001\u5e2b\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u700f\u89bd\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u5f8c\uff0c\u81ea\u884c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u8981\u5c07\u7db2\u9801\u5167\u5bb9\u5c55\u793a\u7d66\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u6216\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u78ba\u5b9a\u8981\u5411\u4ed6\u5011\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u8acb\u966a\u540c\u700f\u89bd\u4e26\u505a\u5fc5\u8981\u8b1b\u89e3\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u521d\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\uff1a\u5efa\u8b70\u7531\u5bb6\u9577\u6216\u8001\u5e2b\u966a\u540c\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u700f\u89bd\u7db2\u9801\u4e26\u5b78\u7fd2\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9ad8\u4e2d\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5b78\u751f\uff1a\u5e74\u9f61\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u56e0\u5df2\u5177\u5099\u81ea\u884c\u5224\u65b7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u700f\u89bd\u7db2\u9801\u4e26\u5b78\u7fd2\u76f8\u95dc\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6d89\u53ca\u807e\u4eba\u76f8\u95dc\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5728\u8077\u4eba\u58eb\uff1a\u8001\u5e2b\uff0c\u793e\u5de5\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u624b\u8a9e\u7ffb\u8b6f\u54e1\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u5982\u6709\u9700\u8981\u70ba\u807e\u4eba\u505a\u76f8\u95dc\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u5747\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7db2\u7ad9\u5b78\u7fd2\u76f8\u95dc\u624b\u8a9e\u53ca\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div
